JewelryExpo -2009 characteristics
In the JewelryExpo-Kazan-2009 exhibition 250 companies and individual entrepreneurs took part, among which 60% were manufacturers. Among the participants of the exhibition are such largest companies as “Almaz-Holding” Russian Jewelry Company, “RegionJewelry” (Moscow), “Jewelry Factory” (Moscow), “Aldzena” (Moscow), “Yenisey Jewelry Factory” (Yemelyanovo), “Ufa Jewelry Factory” CJSC, “Nashe Zoloto” (“Our Gold”) (Samara), “Zolotoye Sozvezdiye” (“Golden Constellation”) (Kostroma), “Zolotoy Vek” (“Golden Century”) Ltd. (Yekaterinburg), “Krasnaya Presnya” Volga Jewelry Factory, “Master Diamond” (Naro-Fominsk), “Master” Jewelry Company (Izhevsk), “Diamond” Jewelry shops chain (Yakutsk) and many others.
During the business program of the exhibition 2009 various events took part, e.g. press-conference with F.F. Gumerov, the President of the “almaz-Holding” Company (Moscow), and L.A. Mezhenina, the Chief of the State inspection for . The current state of the Russian and Tatarstan jewelry market was discussed.

Venue
Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is one of the biggest and dynamically developing exhibition centers of Russia. It is the member of the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs (RUEF), Nizhniy Novgorod, and the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI), Paris. On the territory of the exhibition center there are 3 pavilions of 6700 square meters of gross exhibition space, a pavilion for receptions and VIP-class presentations and a business center. The total area of the exhibition complex is 12, 1 hectares. The Quality Management system of Kazanskaya Yarmarka OJSC is certified to meet the ISO 9001-2000 International Standards.
